Rajasthan DGP Ajit Singh today directed all superintendents of police to launch an awareness campaign against the dreaded Blue Whale Challenge, an online dare game which has been linked to hundreds of teen deaths across the world.
The move comes two days after a girl in Jodhpur attempted suicide after playing the game.
Singh in an order asked police authorities, education officers and NGOs to conduct one-hour awareness session in schools and colleges to sensitise youths about the game.
