Unidentified burglars allegedly stole Rs 30 lakh in cash from a finance company's office in Rajasthan's Alwar district, police said on Monday.

The accused broke into the office of Hinduja Leyland Finance when it was closed on the weekend, police said, adding that the matter came to light on Monday.

Employees of the finance company lodged a complaint following which an FIR was registered, SHO Alwar Kotwali Police Station, Aadhyatm Gautam, said.

He said that the burglars took away the CCTV camera installed inside the office to conceal their identity.

However, footage of surveillance cameras installed in the vicinity of the office is being analysed to trace the accused, the officer said.
