Raj schools asked to start classes after 8:30 AM due to cold

In view of prevailing severe cold wave conditions, Jaipur district authorities today issued a directive to the administration of private and government schools to start classes from 8:30 AM onwards.

In his order, District Collector K Kunal directed all private and government-run schools here to start classes from 8:30 AM onwards till December 24 due to severe cold here, a government spokespearson said.

The collector also asked the Additional District Magistrates to ensure the order is implemented by all primary, secondary and senior secondary schools.
