Day temperatures dipped marginally after light rainfall in isolated areas in Rajasthan, even as heat wave conditions prevailed in other parts of the state, with Churu recording the highest temperature of 43.7 degrees Celsius.
Churu was followed by Kota as the hottest place with day temperatures touching 43 degrees.
Sriganganagar, Bikaner, Jaipur and Barmer recorded maximum of 41.9 degrees, 41.8 degrees, 41.7 degrees and 41.6 degrees Celsius respectively, according to the MeT department here.

Meanwhile, there were very light rains in isolated pockets of Jaipur, Ajmer and Bikaner divisions since yesterday.
Heat wave conditions prevailed in some places in Jodhpur and Bikaner divisions.
The Met department has predicted dust storm in some areas in the state during the next 24 hours.
