Raj Thackeray gets bail in alleged bus vandalism case

Raj, along with suspected MNS activists, had been booked under Sections 109, 143, 147, 149, 336 and 427 after a mob damaged two state transport buses at Sanai village of Ambjogai tehsil on October 22, 2008.

On October 22, 2008, MNS activists had ransacked two buses in Sanai village of Ambjogai tehsil of Beed district.

A police complaint was filed against Raj Thackeray and others nine people by driver Ramchandra Munde with the Ambajogai Police.

The court had recently issued an arrest warrant against him for his failure to appear before the court.

The arrest warrant was cancelled today by Raj Thackeray
