For Rajasthan, M Aly top scored with 24 points, while Lav Singh sank in 14 for the losers.
Niuya Raj with 12 points and Nimmi George with 10 helped Kerala defeat UP.
In another boy's match Mizoram survived a thriller against Tripura 75-74.
Lalfakzula was the star for the winning side with 34 points, while Akshay scored 27 points for Triupra.
A girl's match saw Himachal Pradesh overcome Andhra Pradesh 53-30, Telangana wallop Bihar Bihar 44-14 and Goa pummel Jharkhand 52-21.
