The budget session of Rajasthan Assembly is beginning tomorrow with opposition Congress all prepared to raise issues of educational criteria in Panchayati Raj polls, hike in power tariff, fuel prices, and withdrawal of subsidy on LPG cylinder.
First day would be devoted to obituary references and tabling of some notifications and orders, an official of the state Assembly said.
