Rajasthan CM meets delegates from UK, Bangladesh

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today met with a delegation of UK India Business Council to discuss co-operation in sectors like energy, road safety, health and skill development here.

A delegation of UK India Business Council (UKIBC) led by its chairperson Patricia Hewitt discussed possibilities of cooperation between the United Kingdom and Rajasthan in sectors like energy, road safety, health and skill Development in a meeting with Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, an official release said.

Detailed discussions were held regarding the possible investment opportunities during the 'Resurgent Rajasthan Summit' to be held in Jaipur in November this year.

Deputy British High Commissioner, Chandigarh David Lelliot was also present at the meeting, it said.
 

Another delegation led by Commerce Minister of Bangladesh Tofail Ahmed also made a courtesy call on the Chief Minister.

Officials from Bangladesh including High Commissioner Sayed Muazzam Ali, Additional Secretary Manoj Roy and Commercial Councillor Nahid Rashid were also a part of the delegation.
