Rajasthan industry welcomes state's interim Budget for FY'15

Trade and industry bodies today welcomed the interim Budget of Rajasthan, saying that the government has focused on fiscal consolidation.

"The focus of the Chief Minister to keep fiscal eficit below 3 per cent, checking the fiscal deficit at 2.86 per cent for the current fiscal year is really commendable," Ratnesh P Kashyap, Chairman of CII Rajasthan, said in a statement.

"This shows the commitment of the government towards strictly adhering to the fiscal discipline roadmap," he added.

Federation of Rajasthan Trade and Industry (FORTI) also welcomed the state.

FORTI President Suresh Agrawal said that the government has given priority to infrastructure and social sector which was worth welcoming.
 

He said that the government's vision would accelerate growth and development in the state.
