The Additional Advocate General of Rajasthan has recommended to the state government to file a special leave petition in the Supreme Court against the High Court verdict acquitting actor Salman Khan in two cases of poaching.
Additional Advocate General Kanti Lal Thakur today said, "I have prepared and sent separate opinions in both the judgements to the Principal Secretary (Law) and now the law department of the state government would decide whether it finds my opinion convincing for further action or not."
The Rajasthan High Court's observations and findings in these two cases were "unjust, bad in lawand contrary to the material evidences", he said.
