Leading jewellery exporter Rajesh Exports today reported a 10 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 334.16 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, on higher sales.
Its net profit stood at Rs 302.68 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company's total income rose to Rs 64,487.73 crore during the third quarter of this fiscal from Rs 49,822.73 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
The increase in revenues were driven by all the four businesses of refining, wholesale, retail and exports, Rajesh Exports, which is the world's largest gold refiner, said.
