Rajmah chitra eases on adequate supply

Rajmah chitra prices eased by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale market today following fall in demand at prevailing levels.

Marketmen said adequate stocks position also kept pressure on rajmah chitra prices.

In the national capital, rajmah chitra eased to Rs 4,000-5,700 against last close of Rs 4,000-5,800 per quintal.

Following are today's pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):

Urad 5,300-6,300, Urad Chilka (local) 6,700-6,900, best 6,900-7,500, Dhoya 7,300-7,700, Moong 6,700-7,700, Dal Moong Chilka local 7,600-8,100, Moong Dhoya local 7,600-7,900 and best quality 8,400-8,500.

Masoor small 5,950-6,100, bold 5,900-6,100, Dal Masoor local 6,850-6,950, best quality 6,950-7,050, Malka local 6,600-6,900, best 6,800-6,900, Moth 5,300-5,600, Arhar 4,900- 5,000, Dal Arhar Dara 6,200-6,500.
 

Gram 3,100-3,850, Gram Dal (local) 3,650-3,850, best quality 3,750-4,050, Besan (35 kg) Shakti bhog 1,480, Rajdhani 1,480, Rajmah Chitra 4,000-5,700,Kabli Gram small 3,500-6,200, dabra 2,700-2,800, imported 4,700-5,100, Lobia 4,800-5,200, Peas white 2,800-2,850 and green 2,900-3,000.
