A rally was today taken out in the city in support of Sanatan Sanstha, a right-wing outfit.
Sanatan Sanstha has been in the lime-light after its member Sameer Gaikwad was arrested in connection with murder of CPI leader and rationalist Govind Pansare.
Congress and NCP leaders have demanded an immediate ban on the outfit.
Several women participated in the rally. Holding placards, they protested against demand to ban the organisation.
