Ramky Infrastructure Q1 net loss narrows to Rs 15 crore

Ramky Infrastructure Ltd's standalone net loss narrowed to Rs 15.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 on the back higher revenue and lower expenses.

Company's net loss from ordinary activities after tax in the corresponding quarter of previous financial year was Rs 63.01 crore, Ramky Infrastructure said in a filing to BSE.

Total revenue increased to Rs 311.39 crore, over Rs 265.60 crore in the year-ago period.

Total expenses reduced to Rs 316.76 crore, over Rs 351.88 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal.

Ramky Infrastructure is an integrated construction, infrastructure development and management company.

Since commencement of business, the company has delivered a range of construction and infrastructure projects in various sectors such as water, wastewater, transportation, irrigation, industrial construction, parks (including SEZs), power transmission, power distribution, residential, commercial and retail property.
