Rana's leadership will infuse new energy in the party cadres in Jammu province, Omar said in the function at Sher-i-Kashmir Bhawan party headquarter.
Rana, a close confidant of Omar, was shifted from the post of political advisor to the Chief Minister on January 15, the day of cabinet expansion, and made party's provincial chief for Jammu province.
