Rane Engine Valve Ltd, manufacturer of valves and valve train components for various engines, today said that its Chief Financial Officer, B Suresh Kumar, has resigned from services of the company with immediate effect.
"(B Suresh) Kumar, Chief Financial Officer (Key managerial personnel) has resigned from services of the company effective close of business hours on August 19", the city-based company said in a BSE filing.
Shares of the company ended at Rs 508.10 a piece, up by 1.62 per cent over previous close in BSE.
