The three accused in the Salt Lake gangrape case were today remanded in 14-day judicial custody by a local court.

The trio Arnab De, Subhendu Naskar and Sourav Bera, all drivers of IT sector pool cars, would be subjected to a test identification parade, a senior officer of Bidhannagar Police said.

The three accused along with another, who is at large, allegedly gangraped a 24-year-old woman at Salt Lake's Sector-V in a moving vehicle late on Sunday night.

"We have not pressed for police custody but wanted TI parade which will be held in another couple of days," the IPS said.

The three accused were nabbed from a hideout at Haroa in North 24-Parganas district on Monday night following a massive raid.
