Three persons have been booked under the Gangster (Control) Act three months after allegedly raping a woman here, Sakrauli police said today.
Sri Kishan, Mukesh, and Vinod allegedly committed the crime three months ago, police said, adding they were booked under relevant sections of the Act yesterday.
Sri Kishan and Mukesh, residents Nagla Ganga village under Sikandara Rao police station limits in Hathras district, were arrested by the police and are in jail while Vinod was absconding.
