The convict Munish was accused of raping the girl in 2010 after misleading the girl.
Sirsa District and Sessions Judge SK Goyal sentenced him to seven years in jail.
An FIR in this matter was registered on the complaint of victim's uncle who had named Munish after the girl did not return home from college one evening.
Later, the two were located by the police. A medical examination established that the victim was raped.
