Rawat asks IAS officers to use technology to address people's

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat today asked IAS officers to continuously engage in dialogue with people through technology and find practical solutions to their problems.

Speaking at a training programme in Musoorie, Rawat asked the officers to use latest technologies and harness them to find practical soliutions to the problems faced by the people.

"Direct feedback from people can help find better and more realistic solutions to their problems," he said.

He said the youth, which sends complaints through social media, expect instant response from the administration.
