Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat today visited Siddha Hanuman Dham in Weir town of Rajasthan's Bharatpur district post the political turmoil in his state.
Rawat, along with Uttarakhand Assembly Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal, reached the town by a helicopter and was received by the temple's priest Krishna Singh Dahiya and others.
He reached the temple by road and performed a yagna and offered prayers.

Rawat said that his government was committed for overall
development of the state without any discrimination and Centre should provide all assistance to his state.
After paying obeisance, Rawat said "he has a strong belief that he could overcome the turmoil due to the blessings from the temple".
