A 60-year old rector was found
allegedly murdered in a local seminary here today, police said.
Father Thomas' body was found with head injuries in a small room inside St Peters' Pontifical Seminary, where he was working, they said.

The Rector who used to reside in the seminary within Yeshwantpur police station limits, was alone when the incident occurred, as his colleagues had left for their hometowns for the Easter festival, police said.
"It appears to be the handiwork of some miscreants who had tried to commit a theft in the nearby St Peter's Church last week and had apparently tried to do the same in this seminary," police said.
Five special teams have been constituted to investigate the case, Police Commissioner Jyothiprakash Mirji told reporters here, who visited the spot along with other senior officers.
