Meanwhile, castor seeds bold and castor oil commercial slipped, following subdued offtake from shippers and soap industries.
Groundnut oil and linseed oil held stable in the absence of any major buying activity.
In the edible segment, Refined palmolein inched up to Rs 717 per 10kg and groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 850 per 10kg.
Moving to non-edible segment, castor seeds bold declined by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 4,250 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 4,275 and castor oil commercial moved down by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 880 from Rs 885.
Linseed oil ended unaltered at Rs 865 per 10 kg.
