Refined palmolein edged up further in an otherwise mute Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following rising demand from retail buyers.
While, groundnut oil, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseeds oil ruled steady in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edibles segment, refined palmolein rose by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 630 from Wednesday's close at Rs 627 and groundnut oil ended unaltered to Rs 910 per 10 kg.
Moving to non-edibles section, castorseeds bold, castor oil commercial and linseeds oil closed unchanged at Rs 4,225 per 100 kg, Rs 875 per 10 kg and Rs 800 per 10 kg, respectively.
