Refined palmolein prices edged up further at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to sustained retail demand.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil and linseeds ruled stable in the absence of any major large-scale buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial recovered following renewed demand from shippers and soap manufacturers.
In the edible section, refined palmolein inched up by a Re per 10kg to Rs 606 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 605. Groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 740 per 10kg.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseeds bold climbed by Rs 40 per 100kg to Rs 3,940 from Rs 3,900, castor oil commercial moved up by Rs 8 per 10kg to Rs 818 as against Rs 810 previously and Linseed oil closed unaltered at Rs 780 per 10kg.
