Refined palmolein prices recovered modestly in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today owing to fresh demand from retailers.
While, groundnut oil, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseed oil all ruled stable in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein rose by Rs 2 per 10kg to Rs 488 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 486.
Groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 950 per 10kg.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseed bold, castor oil commercial and linseed oil all closed unaltered at its previous level of Rs 3,650 per 100kg, Rs 760 per 10kg and Rs 755 per 10kg, respectively.
