Refined soya oil prices rose 0.33 per cent to Rs 728.50 per 10 kg in futures trade today as speculators created fresh positions amid pick-up in demand at the domestic spot market.
Besides, tight stocks position on fall in supplies from producing regions fuelled the uptrend.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, refined soya oil for January went up by Rs 2.40, or 0.33 per cent to Rs 728.50 per 10 kg with an open interest of 38,850 lots.
