Refined soya oil prices were up by 0.27 per cent to Rs 639.80 per 10 kg in futures trade today as participants built up fresh positions, driven by uptick in demand in the spot markets.

At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in August month rose by Rs 1.75, or 0.27 per cent to Rs 639.80 per 10 kg with an open interest of 38,680 lots.
