Refined soya oil prices were lower by 0.16 per cent to Rs 751.20 per 10 kg in futures trading today as speculators trimmed positions amid sufficient stocks position at the spot market against lower demand.

At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for delivery in far-month January declined by Rs 1.20, or 0.16 per cent to Rs 751.20 per 10 kg with an open interest of 11,200 lots.

Likewise, the oil for delivery in December shed 30 paise, or 0.04 per cent to Rs 744.50 per 10 kg in 18,170 lots.
