Reena Hazarika, a relative of former Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Mukut Mithi, was admitted to the hospital by her husband late last with a liver related ailment, hospital sources said.
Her husband vanished after admitting her and she died this morning, the sources said.
Local people blamed the hospital authorities of being negligent in treating her.
