Religare Finvest Ltd, the NBFC arm of Religare Enterprises Ltd, will launch on February 16 its NCD issue to raise up to Rs 100 crore through private placement.
"We would like to inform...That the company will open the issue...Of the debt securities on February 16," Religare Finvest said in an exchange filing.
The company gave a notice for issuance of redeemable non-convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakh each for cash at par up to Rs 100 crore (including green shoe option) on private placement basis.
Religare Finvest is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) financing focused Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). It also provides loan against marketable securities.
Religare Enterprises scrip closed at Rs 331.85 apiece, down 1.34 per cent on the BSE.
