A deputation led by Delhi State Government Schools Teachers' Association today sought Centre's help to remove pay anomaly because of which they were going through "stress and humiliation".
The association members submitted a memorandum of their demands to Jitendra Singh, Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
They sought the Minister's intervention for implementation of the 6th Central Pay Commission's recommendations which, according to them, had been denied in their case.

Jitendra Singh gave them a patient hearing and assured the aggrieved teachers that based on the representation made by them, he would get the issue re-examined all over again, it said.
