Police said the statements of eye-witnesses, analysis of call details, report of FSL received, recovery of weapons and other tools used for dispossessions and other material evidences clearly point towards a well hatched conspiracy by Ponty, Namdhari and their employees to dispossess Hardeep and his employees from the two farms houses at any cost.
"In order to execute their evil design, both Ponty and Namdhari and their henchmen not only dispossessed Hardeep from the farm houses, but Namdhari and his PSO Tyagi also shot dead Hardeep."
It also said that "the mobile phone calls records of Hardeep and Ponty reveal that differences between both the brothers was to extent that they were not on talking terms with each other since January 2012"
The police said that Namdhari is the main conspirator in the offence along with Ponty.
"As a part of conspiracy, on being called by Ponty, Namdhari along with his PSO and accomplices arrived first at Wave City office in Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh on the night between November 16, 2012.
"In the morning on next day, Namdhari clandestinely travelled and reached farm house No 21 of Ponty, held a meeting with managers who were to execute the planned conspiracy. Namdhari also provided and sent his armed men to execute the plan to take over forcible possession of farm house No 42 from Hardeep," the court said.
Beside Ponty, Namdhari and Tyagi, 19 others chargesheeted in the case are Bhupender Singh Bisht, Uday Raj Singh, Rajpal Singh, Anand Singh Bisht, Mathura Singh Mehra, Satnam Singh and Narender Ahalawat who are Ponty's aides.
Namdhari's men Simranjeet Singh and Jagbir Singh are also named in the charge sheet.
