Yadav said the Opposition alliance will also raise in Parliament issues like decontrol of diesel and oil prices and rise in fertiliser prices that are hitting the farmers hard.
"Price rise which has emerged as a major issue in the country, which will will also raise in Parliament," he said.
He said there has not been any concrete discussion on India's relations with its neighbours and will try to hold one such discussion, apart from raising the issues of Ordinance on Women's safety issue, Lokpal, Land Acquisition Bill, Food Security Act.
Yadav said they will also raise the issue of drought in Maharashtra and standing crops destroyed due to hailstorm in Madhya Pradesh.
BJP leader Gopinath Munde said the drought issue will be raised in both Houses of Parliament and NDA will seek a discussion under rule 193 on the issue.
"There is drought in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka and crops have been destroyed due to hailstorm in Madhya Pradesh. NDA will raise this issue in Parliament and seek a discussion under Rule 193 as the government has not given adequate relief to the affected," Munde said.

Yadav earlier said that though the initial few days of Parliament will go towards presentation of the Rail and General Budgets and discussion on them thereafter, NDA wants Parliament to function.
"It is in everyone's interest as well as in the nation's interest," he said.
Asked about NDA's views on a JPC on the helicopter scam, Yadav said, "Government should first disclose who has taken the money.
