In the FIR Sarita has alleged that she purchased a land in Khojanpur village from one Vinita Morris on January 8 this year, police sources said here. Sarita said that she came to know about the complaint yesterday. "From these documents prima facie it seemed that the lease was executed in favour of Mitrasen, his wife and others, whereas in reality no such deed was executed," the MLA's wife claimed. She alleged that the documents submitted by Mitrasen and others were entirely forged, prepared with a conspiracy to commit fraud and aimed to harm her. The complainant alleged that all the lesse were neither resident of the village nor tehsil Sadar, but were residents of Milkipur tehsil. She claimed that before sale deed information was sought under Right to Information Act in August last year which said that the questioned land was not leased in favour of any person. On the basis of the complaint an FIR has been registered against Mitrasen, his wife Shyamkali and nine others in this connection under section 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 467 (forgery of valuable security), 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) and 471 (using as genuine a forged document), a senior police official said.
