Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) patron Bhim Singh today advocated "reorganisation" of the state, saying it is the "only way out" to restore peace and ensure delivery of justice and equity to the people.
"Reorganisation of Jammu and Kashmir is the only solution to restore peace and to ensure delivery of justice and equity to all residents of the three regions - Ladakh, Jammu and the Kashmir Valley - who have been denied Justice, equity and rule of law since 1947," Singh said addressing a protest rally here.
The JKNPP organised the rally coinciding with the opening of civil secretariat the seat of Jammu and Kashmir government - and other move offices here in accordance with the practice of 'darbar move' under which government functions six months each in Srinagar and Jammu during summer and winter, respectively.

Singh said the reorganisation, so as to establish twin states - 'Kashmir Ghati' and 'Jammu Pradesh' - with liberty to the residents of Ladakh to join the Kashmir Ghati or Jammu Pradesh or switch to the status of Union Territory, while the residents of Pakistan occupied Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan should make up their choice when they shall get "liberated from Pakistan".
Appealing to the people to support "this movement", he said it is the only way out to "liberate" the people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh from the "rule of corrupt outdated leadership and suppression and oppression forever".
