Maharashtra Water Resources Minister Girish Mahajan today unfurled the tri-colour at the police parade ground here to mark the country's 67th Republic Day.
Mahajan, the district guardian Minister, also took salute of police officials, fire brigade, home guards and civil defence personnels at an impressive parade.
On the occasion, he also honoured 19 police officials of Nashik, whose names were figured in President's medal list.

Divisional Commissioner Eknath Davle, Nashik collector Dipendrasinh Kushwah, city police commissioner S.Jagannathan and district and senior officials were present.
MLAs Balasaheb Sanap and Yogesh Gholap also attended the function.
Meanwhile, flag hoisting ceremonies were also held schools and colleges to mark the Republic Day.
