The Allahabad High Court today reserved its judgement on a petition seeking a CBI probe into the murder of researcher Neha Sharma, who was found dead in a research institute in Agra.
A division bench, comprising Justices Ravindra Singh and A K Agrawal, reserved the order on the petition of Dayalbagh Educational Institute where the 27-year-old researcher was found dead inside a laboratory on March 16.
The Agra police had recently claimed to have cracked the murder case with the arrest of a BSc student and a lab technician.
