A retired Army officer was arrested today in a fraud case here, police said.
Harraj Singh, a retired Army Major, had allegedly prepared fake ownership documents of three plots of land of his deceased brother, they said.
The action was taken against Singh, who had also been district soldier welfare board officer in Bhilwara and Bharatpur, after his brother's widow lodged a police complaint in this regard.
