Thupakula Anjana Devi, a former Tehsildar of Kallur mandal in Kurnool district, was arrested yesterday on charges of amassing assets which were in excess to her known sources of income, an ACB official said here.
She was found in possession of movable and immovable assets with market value of over Rs 2.48 crore, which were unearthed during searches conducted by ACB at various places in Kurnool and Guntur districts, he added.
