Richa Industries wins Rs 24 cr order from Bharat Electronics

Infrastructure company Richa Industries has won a Rs 24-crore oder from Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) for construction of pre-engineered building (PEB) in Navi Mumbai.

"Richa Industries Limited, a leading construction and engineering company has secured an order from BEL for the construction of PEB for the assembly of masts and composite structures with labs and office area at BEL-NAMU in Navi Mumbai," it said in a statement.

The scope of work includes civil, electrical,communication system and PEB structure.

The Project includes design and construction of three buildings including composite shed, finishing shed and rain test shed with the total area of approximately 4300 square metre. The project will be completed in eighteen months. The value of project is approximately Rs 24 Crore," it said.
 

Commenting on the achievement, Sandeep Gupta, Joint Managing Director of Richa Industries Limited said: "We are glad to receive this order from BEL. This is the first direct order from Ministry of Defence. We are looking forward for more such opportunities in near future."

Richa Industries has accomplished more than 500 projects in a record time on an average of delivering one building in every five days, the company claimed.

The shares of the company closed 1 per cent up at Rs 30 ascrip on BSE.
