The incident took place yesterday at Ajmal Khan Road in north Delhi and the victim has been identified as Naresh Gupta, who operated a small oatmeal distribution chain in Karol Bagh.
Gupta objected to Arun parking his rickshaw in front of his residence. A heated quarrel which soon turned into a scuffle, police said.
Arun was allegedly slapped by Gupta. In retaliation, Arun allegedly hurled a stone at Gupta's head.
Gupta collapsed and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.
Arun fled the scene but was arrested later.
