The 'Umbrella' hitmaker called off her visit earlier this month prompting gossips to speculate about her health and that of her grandmother, who is battling cancer in a New York hospital, reported Daily Star.
"I'm in London... I didn't wanna leave NY! I kept missing my flights," she posted on Twitter.
