R&B star Rihanna was reportedly offered a huge sum to become one of the judges on the 'X Factor' UK.
The job will apparently go to the second choice Mel B, 38, instead of Rihanna, 26, whom the makers were keep to have as they were said to believe that having her on the series would have favoured the ratings, reported Daily Star.
"Rihanna was Simon's ultimate choice and was right at the top of ITV's hitlist. Having her on the panel next to Cheryl and Simon would have been a ratings-winning dream team but everyone has accepted it's not going to happen now," a source said.
"Louis is now likely to be back after seeing off Tinie," the source added.
