R&B star Rihanna decided to show her love for Queen Elizabeth II in her own unique way as she took to Instagram to share images of the monarch's head photoshopped onto her high-fashion photographs.

The first picture was the Queen's head and body edited onto an all green outfit Rihanna wore, completed with a fur coat and over-the-knee boots.

Rihanna simply wrote, "be humble", from rap star Kendrick Lamar's hit track.

The second picture featured Rihanna's recent headline- grabbing look in which she wore a red fur heart coat by Yves Saint Laurent over denim shorts and black high heels.

Her next photoshop job saw the Queen sporting Rihanna's striking Coachella outfit in which she wore a full body diamante bodysuit by Gucci.

Her final image saw the Queen edited into Rihanna's recent Paper magazine shoot with the caption: "It's not that deep."

Fans were quick to comment over the pictures as one wrote: "I'm not English or a Brit, but I find these series of photos disturbing. It's like doing it with photos of my grandmother. These lack taste whatsoever.
