Shares of Reliance Industries climbed 3 per cent today, its fourth straight session of gains, on continued optimism over the company's plans to start 4G phone services later this year.
RIL's scrip ended with a gain of 3 per cent at Rs 931.10 on BSE. During the day, it jumped 4 per cent to Rs 940.40.
At the NSE, the stock settled at Rs 931.20, a gain of 3 per cent from its previous closing price.

On the volume front, 8.70 lakh shares of the company changed hands and over 59 lakh shares were traded at the NSE during the day.

In the broader market, BSE Sensex ended at 26,832.66, up 146.15 points.
