Press Trust of India Jaipur
Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee President Sachin Pilot today alleged that crimes against women have "alarmingly risen" in the state since the new Raje government came to power.

Crimes like murder, dacoity, loot, and theft have risen by 25 per cent in the state, Pilot said.

Due to insensitiveness of the new government, the crime against women was alarmingly rising in the state, at least in the last six months since she came to power, Pilot said in a statement here.

In the garb of review, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje in a revengeful way has disrupted all public welfare schemes including free medicines, foodgrains to BPL, and pension to older people, he further alleged.

Power supply to farmers and people in far-flung areas was not up to the limit as announced by the BJP government, he said.

Roadways fare was enhanced drastically, and the new government was not fulfilling the aspirations of people, he said.
