The 23-year-old singer has been spotted holding hands Hil recently during an outing, reported Daily Mirror.
Last week, Hil uploaded a photo of himself with the 'Hot Right Now' singer, and is said to be spending time with her in London.
Ora recently split from Scottish DJ Calvin Harris after almost a year together.
Hil teamed up with The Weeknd earlier this year on the track 'Nomads' for his debut album SYLDD.
Ora has confirmed plans to release 'Black Widow' with Iggy Azalea.
