Press Trust of India Mumbai
Producer Ritesh Sidhwani has rubbished reports again that Shah Rukh Khan-starrer "Raees" has been moved from its original Eid release.

The Gujarat-set drama will hit theatres along with Salman Khan-starrer "Sultan" on the same day.

But there were reports recently that the makers of "Raees" had decided to postpone the release to avoid the clash at the box office.

"Some people spreading rumours about Raees release being moved... Like I said RUMOURS," he posted on Twitter.

Last year too, Ritesh clearly stated that he had no plans of rescheduling the upcoming film's Eid 2016 release.

He along with Farhan Akhtar and Gauri Khan are producing the film under the banners of Excel Entertainment and Red Chillies Entertainment.

It is not the first time that the "Karan Arjun" stars are clashing at the box office. "Don" and "Jaaneman" had released on the Diwali of 2006.

"Raees" is currently being shot in Gujarat.
