The 38-year-old recently welcomed baby daughter, Theodora Rosehis, with wife Ayda Field on September 18, reported digitalspy.
"Deep inside I'm still 16. A lot of my skills stayed exactly at that level when I started my career. From then on everything was looked after for me. I always had people around me who managed and provided everything for me.
"And now there is this thought of being a father. I never had to take care of myself - and now all of a sudden I have to take care of a little human being," he said
Williams said that he is finding adapting to life as a father especially "confusing and scary" as he is finally beginning to establish his own identity.
"At the moment there are tough negotiations between my former and my current self. Every day, literally every day I come to new realisations about who I am and what I should become. That is confusing and scary. Because I'm still the eternal teenager."
